The Arctic Fire attic staircase from Minka is the perfect combination of insulation and fire retardancy. With a U-value of 0.21 W\/m2K without top cover and 0.14 W\/m2K with ISO top cover, it plays in the top league of insulation technology. According to \u00d6NORM EN1363 and EN1634, the Arctic Fire Loft Staircase is fire-retardant EI230 and thus has a fire resistance value of at least 30 minutes. <\/p>\n

Flexible Design:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The Arctic Fire loft staircase is available in five different sizes, which means that it fits into ceiling openings with the following dimensions: 110\u00d770 cm, 120\u00d760 cm, 120\u00d770 cm, 130\u00d770 cm and 140\u00d770 cm. Depending on the size, it is suitable for a room height of up to 300 cm, but can be shortened as needed. Thanks to the design lower lid, the Arctic Fire is also characterised by a seamless and particularly beautiful soffit. Like the stairs, this is kept in white, which makes the staircase look discreet but also elegant. <\/p>\n
